Dodecyl Diethoxyamine Oxide is an amphoteric surfactant, which is readily soluble in water and polar organic solvents. Its aqueous solution is cationic under acidic conditions and nonionic under alkaline conditions. It has excellent thickening, antistatic, softening, foaming, foam stabilizing and decontaminating properties; it has low irritation and can effectively reduce the irritation of anionic surfactants in detergents. It also features bactericidal, calcium soap dispersion and easy biodegradability.

Dodecyl dihydroxyethyl oxoamide (OAE-12, lauryl dihydroxyethyl oxoamide) is mainly used in shampoo to make hair more supple, easier to comb, with fine foam and luster. It can also be used in hard surface cleaners for tableware, bathrooms, and building exteriors to provide thickening, reduce irritation, and enhance efficacy. Compared with the traditional 6501, OAE-12 has the advantages of lower dosage, higher efficiency, strong wetting power, and strong decontamination power. It also has good hand feel and softening performance.
1. Personal care
