A Sustainable Revolution in Surfactant Factories, Protecting the Earth at the Molecular Level

Do you know that when the laundry detergent you use dissolves in water or industrial cleaning agents finish cleaning equipment, the birth process of surfactants — the core component in these scenarios — may hide an invisible burden on the Earth?

At the Sunly Surfactant production factory, we firmly believe that environmental protection should not be limited to end products; instead, it should start from the molecular synthesis of surfactants and run through every link of raw materials, production, and application. We do not merely produce surfactants, but more importantly, provide Earth-friendly basic chemical solutions for the daily chemical, industrial, agricultural, and other fields.

Raw Materials: Reducing Carbon Emissions from the Source

● Cutting carbon emissions: Carbon emission data from raw material transportation (we prioritize sea-rail intermodal transportation, which reduces carbon emissions by 40% compared to road transportation).
● Rejecting harmful additives: All raw materials avoid the 20 high-risk substances restricted by the EU REACH Regulation. No phosphorus or nitrogen-based components (which easily cause eutrophication of water bodies) are added during production, ensuring the environmental friendliness of products from the molecular source.
● Production: No Invisible Emissions in the Workshop, Every Kilowatt-Hour of Electricity is Green

Quaternization Reaction: From "High Consumption" to "Low Carbon", Redefining Process Standards

In the production of cationic surfactants, the quaternization reaction is a core link that determines product performance and environmental attributes. Traditional quaternization processes are often plagued by problems such as high energy consumption, solvent residues, and difficult-to-treat wastewater, becoming a "bottleneck" for the industry’s sustainable development.

At the Sunly Surfactant (Green Environment) Surfactant Factory, we are not satisfied with merely "meeting emission standards". Instead, through full-process technological innovation in the quaternization reaction, we integrate the concept of "low carbon, zero waste, and high efficiency" into the molecular synthesis link — enabling cationic surfactants to have an "Earth-friendly" gene right from the reaction source. This provides raw material support with stronger environmental competitiveness for downstream fields such as daily chemicals, textiles, and water treatment.

WHY CHOOSE SUNLY SURFACTANT?

More Than a Supplier, But a Sustainable Partner

In the surfactant industry, environmental protection has never been a cost — it is the competitiveness of the future.
Sunly Surfactant knows that there is still a long way to go from traditional chemical production to sustainable manufacturing. However, we have already engraved "Earth-friendliness" into every production link and the molecular structure of every product.
