1.Surfactants: The" Decomposition masters" of oil stains

In simple terms, a surfacent is a chemical substance that can significantly reduce the surface tension of a liquid. They have a unique molecular structure, with one end hydrophilic (loving water) and the other end lipophilic (loving oil). 1.1 Polyether polyol 330IN (CF-60): The Nemesis of Heavy oil stains

This surfacetant is highly effective in removing heavy dirt and oil. It is phosphorus-free, nitrogen-free, environmentally friendly and readily soluble in water and a variety of organic solvents. It is characterized by its strong emulsifying,suspending and wetting capabilities. It is particularly suitable for formulating medium and high-temperature heavy oil stain cleaners and can even be used for crude oil demulsification to prevent the formation of hard scale in oil pipelines.

Application scenarios: Heavy oil stain cleaning of industrial equipment, electro-deoiling, lubrication of oilfield equipment, etc.

1.2 Carbon 13 isopropylamide (DF-21):The" stripping master" of carbon black oil stains

DF-21 has an excellent ability to wrap and clean oil stains as well as carbon particles and black carbon. It does not contain phenolic compounds,is environmentally friendly, and is gentle and non-irritating to the skin. Its molecular carbon chain structure gives it excellent resistance to hard water and calcium soap dispersibility, and it performs well in wax removers and strong oil removers.

Applications: wax removers, industrial cleaners,textile auxiliaries, petroleum industry emulsifiers,etc.

1.3 Secondary alcohol AEO-9 (S90): The all-temperature" all-Rounder"

Secondary alcohol AEO-9 has excellent penetration, emulsification and scrubbing capabilities, and is biodegradable. Its outstanding feature is its excellent temperature adaptability:almost no gelling at low temperatures and excellent washing performance; it performs even better at high temperatures. It is an excellent eco-friendly alternative to traditional surfaceants such as aquaphenol polyethylene ether.

Application scenarios: Industrial cleaners, daily chemical detergents, textile and leather processing, etc.

1.4 C-202 multifunctional surfacent:The" economical choice" for room-temperature cleaning

C-202 performs well at room temperature, is resistant to acids, alcohols and hard water, and produces rich and fine foam. Compared with traditional surfaceant NP-10, it has a faster emulsification, penetration and dispersion speed,and its performance remains stable in acidic environments, making it an ideal choice for room temperature immersion degreasing products.

Application scenarios: Room-temperature immersion degreasing powder, acidic rust and oil remover, cleaning of non-ferrous metals, etc.

1.5 Fatty alcohol alkyl sulfonate sodium (RSAS80):The" endurance King" in strongly alkaline environments

This surfacetant is highly resistant to strong alkali and has excellent demulsification, decomposition

and degreasing capabilities. It remains active in extremely alkaline conditions, making it indispensable in certain special industrial cleaning scenarios.

2.Scientific oil removal: It's not just about choosing the right material. Although these surfaceants have

their own strengths, the following factors need to be considered to achieve the best oil removal effect:

2.1 Concentration ratio: Too low concentration of surfactants is not effective, and too high concentration may cause waste.

2.2 Temperature control: A moderate increase in temperature usually enhances the decontamination effect, but energy consumption and safety should be taken into account.

2.3 Mechanical force coordination: Physical actions such as scrubbing and spraying can work in synergy with chemical cleaning.

2.4 Blending: The proper blending of different surfactants often yields an effect of"1+1>2".

Surfactants, as a core component of modern cleaning technology, are moving towards high efficiency, environmental friendliness and specialization. Understanding the characteristics of these"oil stain killers"not only helps us choose the right cleaning products, but also enables us to better understand the scientific principles behind them.
